if i want to mount a Megahalem with a 38mm fan on the board, would any of them have any problem?

As it stands now, your question is very vague. Do you have any more CONCISE information as to what exactly you're looking for in a X58 mobo?

FYI, for future reference, when asking "what's the best", make sure to add exactly the item or thing has to be best in. Best in colors? Best in layout? Best in how big your epeen will be? etc.
