does the Leadtek WinFast A400 TDH : 128MB (6800 nu) have DDR3 memory instad of DDR memory?

It the information on this site incorrect?(the ddr3 memory)

"Key Features
...
DDR3 Support** "

then in the other column:
"**:A400 GT & A400 Ultra only "

so no, it doesn't have GDDR3.

DDR3 has a higher tolerance for heat, and therefore higher clock speeds.

I believe it has better raw materials?

GDDR3 has higher speeds (500MHz DDR and higher) and lower voltages (1.8-2.0v) than DDR1/GDDR1 (2.5v). So it runs cooler, even at up to twice the operating frequency.

Both top speeds of DDR1/GDDR1 (2.8ns and lower) and GDDR3 run at CAS5 and higher. Only lower speed DDR1/GDDR1 run at lower CAS latency and even then it's CAS4 for 3.3ns - 5ns and CAS3 for 6ns.
