DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

Sure you could upgrade the riser cable, but the 3M should work with PCIe 4.0 and if it doesnt work, simple disable pcie 4.0 and you are fine.

DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

Pretty much the same dimensions, nothing changed. I recently asked myself whether it would be beneficial to thermally connect the backplate of the GPU to the frame (middle wall) of the case. So that the case acts as a heatsink. Maybe i will test it

DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

So the Sapphire Pulse seems to have a height of 46mm. The dan cases website says, that card with a max width of 45mm (with backplate) will fit. So the Sapphire could maybe fit

DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

The thermal design is horrible. I think the best cooling results u will get, with a cooler that is using the stock shroud. Otherwise the perfomance will be worse when the sidepanel is closed. So if u dont want to modify the case, try to stick with the stock shroud. Just swapping the fan will...

Also 3M says the riser is foldable!

    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

Just my thoughts: remove that heatsink completly. The cooling with the cpu cooler fan will probably be better anyway.

    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

The C7 is load because the gap betweetn the fan and the side panel is so small. Doesnt really matter which fan u use. Both Black Ridge and NH L9i are therefor much quieter

    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

3700x shouldn't be a problem. 3800x and 3900x have a much higher tdp. Probably possible, but don't expect die cpu to boost higher then base clock speeds
  13. M

DAN A4-SFX: The smallest gaming case in the world

or your cpu isnt running on "intel specs" and is boosting more often then it should. u can try undervolting etc ;). do the temps get much lower with opened side panel?

They would be pretty polite if they do replace it. One reseller from germany (alternate) where i ordered my cooler, removed the black ridge from their website. Guess it will take some days/weeks till the new badge of coolers arrive

    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

As shown in my results, the 92mm fans pretty much perform the same and a 120 fan is very noisy above 1100 u/min. PantherB your results are pretty similiar to mine, it seems that the cooler isnt just perfomaning that much better CPU wise, but it helps pretty good with the temperatures in the...

    DAN HSLP-48: A powerful sub 50mm heatsink

CPU Temp wise a NH-L9i with a fan duct perfomance similiar. But the overall temps in the case of other components like SSD (mounted at the lowest position under the PSU), mainboard, GPU are several degrees lower (as shown in the diagrams).
