They've eliminated every competition in my area. I'm stuck with this or AT&T and those both charge too much. I only get 300GB of Bandwidth every month at really shitty speeds, and if you even approach the 300GB mark within a few GB, you can an extra charge. I really want Google Fiber.
I just picked up my DeathAdder 2013 and I have to say I'm loving it, although it takes time to get used to the sensitivity of the clicking coming from a Mac mouse.
Does anyone have an opinion on the NZXT Shine 3? I might be getting the H440 and Shine combo. Would that be a good choice or would I be better off buying a Corsair Obsidian case and then a regular Shine 3?
I don't understand why people are getting upset over this card. It's not meant for gaming, it's a workstation card, and if you're on a workstation budget, then you will be able to afford this card.
I wish they could have unveiled something different, but this is what we got.
That is awesome and really good to hear. I plan on picking one up when the prices go down during the summer hopefully.
I never knew that encoding with a GPU means it encodes faster than CPU.
Learn something new every day.
What would you plan to get during the summer? Oh and a 270x or a 760 will be fine for now. If mining prices stay the same with the release of ASICs, which hopefully they will not, then you should be fine.
Hello, I'm about to purchase my case as I have just made a major trade for most parts.
I plan on buying a nice Mid from either NZXT or Corsair.
I really want the NZXT H440 w/ Shine 3 combo, but they are out of stock on every site.
My backup is one of the Corsair Obsidian cases, I just...
Hello, guys!
I had originally planned on getting an Asus Z87-Pro, but recently, I received the opportunity to get the Asus GRYPHON motherboard for $115. I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with it, and if so, what are the pros and cons of it?
Also, should I buy armor for...
lol I was first told by GameStop that they'd have them in late February. I then got an email a few days ago saying that they were finally back in stock. Eh. Not worth it. It wasn't so great.
I'm probably going to sell now and build later. I just really want to get into PC gaming, but the waiting would be too long if I just waited for those cards.
The 780Ti was water cooled and no it is not installed. I will water cool my system later.
Someone who couldn't afford to SLI...
I can currently barely run Minecraft on my 2008 iMac, so that is my main reason for wanting to build a PC. And I know I shouldn't always upgrade to the latest stuff because new items are right around the corner. I think what I will do is build my PC this summer with a 750 Ti or something and...
Should I go ahead and build my system over the summer and do some light gaming with a 750Ti or maybe a 760 and then just buy one of the 800 series cards when they release?
I seized the opportunity to trade my console, headset, and games for a high end graphics card, water cooler, and a Kraken G10 in hopes of selling it. I had no intention of actually using it, I was going to either use the money to either buy a 780 and something else or just save it.
I don't have a 780.
I would be trading my 780Ti for a 780 + PayPal or just PayPal.
And $650 for the lowest performing card or what? Or did you mean that price for an 880?
And would eBay be the best option? If I sold for $600 or so, they'd charge me $65 in fees.
Hello,
This is my first post and I just wanted to say I am glad to be a part of this forum.
Anyway, in about a week or so, my almost new EVGA 780Ti SC 3GB (Reference) card will be coming in the mail. I got it from a trade on another forum a few weeks ago for my PlayStation 4 and...
