I have 6 SATA connectors on my mb. If I connect 1 device per connector, Device Manager will not show 1 device per channel. It will show multiple devices on some channels and on other channels there will be nothing at all. So evidently each connector does not mean one channel as I thought it did...

Seems this processor is aimed specifically at a 64 bit OS. I don't see how a 32 bit OS (which is still what most people have) can really take much advantage of this cpu with it's triple channel interface. I think this is how reviews should start out by giving this info but I don't see that...
Just got my EVGA GTX 280 yesterday. I'm having a problem. In 2D everything is fine. When I try to play a game, I can play for a few minutes and then the monitor loses signal to the vid card. I see the no signal message on the monitor. System is still running, I can still hear the game sounds but...
I know there have been posts like this but the ones I see are like 2 years old. I have the Audigy 2 ZS. It has been a great card for me with zero problems. I have been considering buying the X-Fi Xtreme gamer but would like to hear more up to date comments from people who have made this change...
