No game should EVER be rushed out. When you rush, you get stuff like the ending of ME3, DA2 and such.

It's a bug. it says it is install Windows 10, but it isn't (if you unselected) - check WindowsUpdate.log to double check. Delete the SoftwareDistribution folder if you like, too.

I suggest you try running powercfg (look in its options) and try some battery rundown tests.
