Exactly! Im not touching Vail at all, with its stripping DE and overhead consumptions has totally missed the HOME word in its name. Im leaning to win7 x64 & flexraid-view (when it will be stable enough), for the time being im staying with whs v1 & flexraid.

Can anyone test if demigrator.exe (drive extender) is still hammering I/O every hour while streaming media, or did they fix the resource priority while drive is being used?

Ok, Im going with X8SIA-F, ordered today alongside Xeon L3406, 4GB of kingston DDR3 ECC and HP SAS expander card. Should be up and running in a few weeks.
