Try it with the Corsair 520w PSU and see if you still get random reboots. As far as I'm aware the Corsair 520w PSU provides 50A on the 12v rail and should be sufficient for a GTX 560i.

People should forget about 120hz IPS panels. What's needed is an LCD that has no motion blur or ghosting and is therefore comparable to a good CRT for gaming.
