Wanted to say thanks OP!!! got RA:PE and Crysis for 20 bucks. They must have had 5 each at South Elgin, IL store.

I think they have to purchase the DID with the LATA. Even if they went out of business; it may not affect you. I'm not positive though on it not affecting you though :) I'm pretty positive the DID's are aquired through the LATA's
