My motherboard (MSI Neo2-Platinum) bit the dust over thanksgiving break, so I bought a new one the other day. My question is this: even though it is the exact same motherboard/raid controller, do I have to reinstall Windows onto my Raid 0 array? I'm not sure whether or not I have to, but I figure someone smarter than me will know the answer with this.
Thanks in advance everyone.

It should work. However, if it doesn't, stranger things have happened. I hope you have backups
Seriously, as long as the RAID controller on the replacement board has the same or a compatible firmware version, and you place the drives in the exact same positions that they were previously, you shouldn't have problems.

Yeah, all my important data is not stored in that array. I've got a seperate raid1 array for that. This one just had my OS and program files on it, no data.
