So i have been playing with some settings recently and have a couple questions...
i have been running my 4400+ at 2.6GHz with the following settings,
11x237FSB
4xHTT to get 948MHz fsb
but now I switched to 2.5GHz
10x250FSB
4xHTT to get a 1000MHz fsb
Which of these would net better performance?
Should I go for higher core clockspeed and sacrifice 52MHz off the FSB?
Or should i go for 100MHz less core clock, and run at my full FSB?
also, on a side note my ram timings are 3-3-3-8 is there any major performance gain if i tried to drop these down a bit? IE to a cas latency of 2.5 or 2? (the sticks were rated at 2 when i bought them)
