I was looking for a way to controll start up services in W2K and see that "MSOCNFIG" is not installed so I did a google search and found this Link (http://www.perfectdrivers.com/howto/msconfig.html). I was just wondering if Windows 2000 has any other way of being able to controll app's on start up that is already built in or do I just need to download / install "MSCONFIG"?

Download msconfig here: msconfig for Windows 2000. (Windows XP version.) That's all you really need, you could just go in a edit your registry, but msconfig is pretty easy.
