Help with desktop windows

For some reason, i can only open one windo (eg my comp) at a time, so if i try to open a folder to drag it's elements into C: it will only let me use one window at a time ARGHH.

Try going to My Computer, then Tools, then Folder Options. Check to see if "Open each folder in its own window" is checked.
