According to Microsoft's page about Windows Media Player (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/knowledgecenter/mediaadvice/0071.aspx):

Sony Music. The Player can't play files with .oma file name extensions. Connect Player from Sony Music is required to play these files.
