Hey all,
Found a hot deal on the audigy 2 zs as the title implies, its normally 199.99 but found it at circuit city for 89.99 (http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Creative-Sound-Blaster-Audigy-2-ZS-Platinum-Sound-Card-SB0350P-/sem/rpsm/oid/79773/catOid/-13040/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do) thats after 2 rebaits but considering its the whole package and not just the card thats not too bad.

not that hot of a deal, considering i just bought mine for $43 off a deal posted a couple weeks ago.

if it didn't have the MIR's it might be.....decent.

edit-nevermind, didn't notice this was the audigy 2 zs platinum.

The Audigy 2ZS Plat. was 99.99 at Compusa when I was there like a week ago (Had the front panel thing too). I think theyre just trying to clear out the stock for the new overpriced X-Fi series.

got mine a few wks back at newegg, AR came to $50 and yes it was the zs plat, mine actually came with 2 remotes for some reason :D . the prices for the audigy has been dropping quite a bit will probably drop more before the holidaze

has anyone heard much about the new x-fi series sound cards??? aka they much of an improvement over the audigy 2 zs, and if so why are they going for 150 instead of 200 like the audigy 2 zs was

They are audiophile-grade sound cards. The Audigy2 Platnium would be overkill for just about every setup I can think of.

lol Sounds like the card for me...i just cant justifuy spending 200, maybe 100 though :)

Spike, check out the Egg. They were doing killer rebates a week ago. See if they are still going and there is probably no tax, and they suppost the [H].
