Has anyone dealt with Z-Buy.com before, particularly with RMA's? I requested an RMA for my Radeon 9800 and got a confirmation and RMA number through email the next day. Day after that I shipped the package as instructed with the RMA number on 4 sides of the box. Delivery confirmation says the package was recieved on august 25th and I still haven't heard a word from them about it. I have sent them 2 emails asking for confirmation of receipt and the status of the RMA and haven't gotten a reply. 11 days and two emails since they recieved the package and I have heard nothing. Am I being paranoid or should I take this matter further?
