I recently reinstalled windows xp pro but forgot to chose to reformat when it was in the dos instalation section. So when it restarted i had 2 window to chose from, then i chose the one i had installed previously so i restarted the whole windows install process. Now i everytime i restart my comp i get an option too chose from two windows xp. One of them goes to the installation process that i didn't complete the first time, the second goes to the second installed windows xp that i completed. How do i get rid of the incompleted windows installation option so that everytime i boot windows i don't have to choose?

Also how can i reformat drive c: in windows? I installed windows in my D: drive so that one got reformated but my c: drive isnt and still has all the junk from my previous windows. I tried right clicking and chooseing format but i get an error message saying it could not complete.
thanks

During the setup process, you can choose to eliminate the partition, then create a partition on either drive. It is there you can wipe both drives.
