Installing XP on OEM Maxtor HDD

I'm planning to get the Maxtor DM10 300GB 16MB-OEM.
Since it's not coming with Maxtor's software, will XP have any issues detecting/partitioning it?

I'll just have to make the assumption that your computer can handle the drive from a hardware standpoint. If so, download Autostreamer and slipstream SP2 into your XP disc, and you won't have any problems with size limitations.

Yea, it's going to be on my ASUS A8N SLI-Premium, and my copy of XP already has SP2...so I should be good?
