I have had this 200GB drive for about 4 months now, and it has been great. Low heat, high performance, pretty much everything I could ask for. But... and theres been no data loss....

when left alone, like all new drives it performs a rudimentary scan to scour for bad sectors, move the data and get it done before a problem develops. This comes up when the drive is not being used, by the way.

When this happens, I hear soft clicks. Its like this: "...clicka click... clicka click.... clicka click..." I moved it to a removable bay in my movie computer because my main computer is out at the moment, and since it is right up to a reflective wall the clicka clicks are much more pronounced. I don't want to lose this drive, what should I do?

in general if you hear clicking, start backing up you driver. ghost is great for this. then send it back to the place u bought it for RMA complaining about clicking noise.
