This may be a nub question, beacuse I'm a nub when it comes to networking and such, but...
Is there anyway to monitor who is using/on your network? Preferably without software installations...
Give me any and all thoughts. Thanks! Hard forums rocks!

Yes there are lots of ways. But without knowing anything about your network it is hard to suggest anything.

I have a cable broadband connection at home with a wireless linksys router with two networked computers.
If you're checkin to see if anyone is using your wireless router....which I'm assuming is unsecured:o Type in 192.168.1.1 into any browser on a computer connected to the router. If you haven't changed any settings there is no username and the password is "admin".
Once into the web interface you can find a tab called status and under that a button labeled "DHCP Clients Table" if you hit that it will list every device that your router has given an IP address to and if its connected through ethernet or wireless.
cheers.
EDIT: that default pw is for a linksys router...you can look it up on google if its not.
