problems in windows xp pro

Hey im having a problem in windows xp with my soundcard and internet.. For some reason when I try to use my soundcard while on the internet my soundcard messes up. I checked the IRQs my soundcard is not on the same IRQ as my Internet Driver.. Anyway this is where windows come in. I had this problem before and I was told i could setup windows to disable my internet on one account and have my soundcard enable on the other and it would work. How is this possible?

1) Be more specific with what the problem is.
2) What is an Internet driver?
3) Are you even using a network card, or a modem?
4) If it's a network card, is it onboard, or an add-in card?

If you want us to help you, atleast put some effort into explaining the problem and giving us the necessary details. If you take your car in for service, do you tell the machanic that it seems to have some troubles, and then walk away?
