Imaging a Hard drive

I recently got a dual layer DVD burner. Now, want to do a fresh install of windows and all necessary drivers/utilities/apps that i keep on my boot drive. Then i want to make an image of this and burn it onto a DVD so that whenever i want to reformat, i dont have to install windows, then office, then winrar, then Alcohol 120% etc... what program would let me make an image that i can burn to a DVD, as well as put the little DOS applet on there that will let me restore it?
