HD and mobo compatibility

I thought they would work together but then i saw that mobo has SATAII and that HD is ATA150. Does this mean they're not compatible?

Will work just fine. SATAII is just a marketing term and not a real standard

You're fine. Backward and forward compatibility is part of the SATA specifications. A second generation drive will work with a first generation host and vice versa, it will just use the first generation feature set that is common to both devices.
