How to Assign hard drive letters?

Hi I just installed 2 hard drives attached to my PCI RAID SATA controller, i installed everything properly, i can go to device manager and see both the hard drives, but i don't see the drives in the my computer area, any clue what to do?

Have you partitioned and formatted them yet?

it is a automatic process and once they are identified then you can adjust the name of it. sounds to me you have not even formatted them yet lol

Format both drives. Right click on the drive and go to format. Then after they're formatted, you can right click and change the driver letter and path (from the windows management console disk manager tool).
