Heres my Dell XPS Gen 4 with 24 inches of Dell 2405FPW goodness :D Printers are Dell OEM too. On top is a Dell 540 photo printer and underneath is a Dell 962 AIO printer/copier/fax. Yes I am an OEM whore!! :D The only things in the pic that don't have a Dell badge are the Creative I-Trigue 3500 2.1 speakers, the Netgear DG834G router, the Saitek Eclipse KB and the Logitech mx700 mouse....oh and the everglide mousemat. :D

Why does your mouse look like it has been attacked by a sharpie?

Yeah I really need a chair for school. They give you a cheap plastic chair with your desk. And I know it will kill my back if I game for awhile in it.

That kind of comment is not necessary. This forum is for people interested in prebuilt computer systems, and if you're not you don't need to come in here and insult those who are.

Them are little neoprene sticky pads all over it. Makes my mouse and spongy, they rock.

Check your University's surplus property policy. Here we have sale once a month and they sell all kinds of used crap like desks, chairs, computers, etc. Great deals.

These pictures are about a year old, but still similar.

This is my...5 year old Dell XPS_T800, 800MHz Pentium 3. I have been using this computer up until about a week ago (just built the new one in my sig).
Has about 786mb ram, 3 hard drives...audigy sound card, ati 9200 graphic card, TDK dvd burner, TDK cd burner. WinXP pro SP1... etc.

At the moment im still making the transition... but its just being used as a Folding@Home server, putting out a whooping 42 points per day (yeeee ha). I think I paid about $1600us for this thing new, not including a 500$ monitor.

If you can build a "modded" pc why buy a OEM? Maybe a laptop sure but. And just because its not OEM doesn't mean its "modded"! Thats like saying a civic with a fart pipe/wing/stickers is "tuned" like all the ricers think they are with their "tuner" stickers! :p

Sorry don't have a camera... http://tylarmiles.ath.cx/dim_2400.jpg

Here's my cheapo dell dimension 2400 that I use for anything other than gaming, its a 2.4ghz northwood celeron with 256mb of ddr333 and intel 845 graphics... it scored 2010 3dmarks in 01 stock and I added a GF2 mx400 and its up to 3500.
I'm actually suprised at the performance of this northwood celeron... I thought it was going to be a dog using it.

Its a Presario SR1550NX btw.
