Hi, I am really ticked off at aol now because well, they suck. I would like to know how I can make FireFox the primary internet program on my computer. The way its set up now AOL can go to all the sites I want, while firefox takes a really long time, usually it doesnt load at all. Is there any way to make it the other way around? We use bellsouth fastaccess dsl for our internet and I am on the router.

Yep. You can minimize AOL while connected. :) Then use the browser of your choice.

Thats what I have been doing. And I am always connected. Is there any way to get firefox to run when AOL is not on?

Nope -- the AOL software is basically your connection to the internet.

No, firefox does work when AOL is not on. But any site like microsoft or hotmail that requires all the security crap will not go through it just won't load. I can however go to google or anywhere else and zip around, its just the secure sites.
