no, it is actually a very nice ATX case, it just put the psu on the bottom.

I was under the impression that the the initial black cases will be a limited edition SPCR edition but black will be availble at a later date without the SPCR logo.

I'm hoping someone other then endpcnoise will sell the SPCR edition, they don't seem to be very professional and they are wanting $200 shipped, which is too much for me.
