So, I came across Gamedeck's site, and another thread here, and I am thinking about making a similar setup, with a PC included. This means, space is not an issue for the PC, as it will be a large tower, about as tall as the reclining auto bucket seat I install. I am not talking about the specs of the PC here, rather I am talking about the case itself.

So, here is the outline...

Structure
The Base Frame Structure will be strictly aluminum, and will be shaped as follows:

Starting from the back, there will be 2 large beams, about 5 feet high, holding the computer chamber starting from the bottom to about 3 feet, and then going up to form platforms, starting at 4.5 feet, in which the rear surround speakers for the 5.1 system will go.

Going forward, on the bottom of the 2 rear beams, will be 2 horizontally opposed beams, about 5-6 feet long, which have on top of them, a sheet of aluminum, or wood, going about 3-4 feet from the back, or the "floor". On top of the "floor" on the base, will be the automotive bucket seat, with railings for it. At the end of the "floor", will be 2 2.5 foot high beams and 2 5 foot high beams. 5 foot high beams will have flat sheeting going across it, with LCD monitor VESA mounts, and on top, 1 sheet that holds the center channel surround speaker for the 5.1 system. 2.5 foot high beams will have aluminum or wood surface on top of the 2.5 foot high beams, and connecting to the 5 foot high beams, making the desk. The desk portion will flow out over the seat's lap area, and be wider than the base, making perfect space for the Keyboard, Mouse, and L/R channel surround speakers. For the wiring, that goes back, down and under the "floor" towards the PC in the rear. Extensions for the cords are needed and will be used.

And, with that complicated info, I will show you a picture later when I scan the drawing I made.

Stay Tuned for more details, and when I get the resources (later this summer), look forward to a worklog.

UPDATE ::

Phasmatis Nox has suggested 8020 Aluminum Structuring (http://stores.ebay.com/8020-Inc-Garage-Sale) for the Beams. This makes welding unnecessary, and lowers the price and construction difficulty by a large margin.

Also, for the case, it will be detachable for LAN Parties, and will be custom built with ATX brackets from an old case.

And, a final notice, PLEASE actually post something, and don't just ignore me. I NEED more input, and it really hurts me to see that nobody cares to give me that... :(

I'll tell you what I think when I see the pics. But the description sounds good. Personally after living in an apartment so long, these projects just depress me. (One more thing I don't have room to make.) :(

Here's the Picture! (http://e.1asphost.com/blananar/kevnewdesk.png) And, also, what the numbered texts say.

1. Wire Holder: Where the Desktop wires go when routing them down under the base to the CPU.
2. Automotive Bucket Seat
3. Recliner (Reclining Function of the Seat)

And, a question... Should the 120mm fans be grilled in Bonzanego's Tribamental Flame Variant 1 Fan Grills (http://bonzai-mods.com/index.php?p=shop120mm), or in MNPCTech's Industrial Grill (http://www.mnpctech.com/IndGrill.html).

If they use the Tribamental Flame Grills, the whole project will have a flamed paintjob, and the windows will be in the shape of flames, and the EL wire will be in the windows' molding.

EDIT :: I made up my mind. They will be the Bonzai Mods Grills, and the flamed accenting of the whole thing.
