Problem installing windows

Hd is formatted. Go through the simple setup with installing drivers and choosing the drive to put it on and then it reboots to continue setup. I take the cd out and when it loads up, it says "boot disk failure, please insert the disk". Of course when I do this, it just starts the process over again.

I tried switching around the boot orders in the bios. It doesnt seem to work, but maybe im doing it wrong. Im lost.

Help??!!!?!?

I'd try going through that initial setup program again.
