So whats the best performing DDR2 stuff available?

as the title says.

I'm wondering whats the best performing DDR2 (PC4300) memory thats available.

I'm currently using some PNY PC4300 DDR2 memory with 4-4-4-12 timings and I'd like to have something better because I know my current timings have to be killing some of my gaming performance.

the patriot stuff looks good, just a bit expensive.. at least it's rated for ddr2-700 at 4-3-3 timings
