OK this is what i have done
1. I have installed the SATA drive on SATA1(RAID0)
2. I have enables both SATA boot and promise controller in BIOS
3. I have installed the drivers with that floppy
4. I have formated and stuff within computer manager (like quick format to make it a drive)
and it won't find it in Windows setup, only in WIndows XP itself as another Drive
