Whats wrong with the pic?

Other than the lack of pr0n, it looks nothing like XP...

Looks like Window Blinds and some sort of Icon software. My brother did the same thing to his PC at one time.

Actually used StyleXP, uses less resources than WindowBlinds. Took for ever to find matching skins for Trillian, Windows Media Player. Getting the toolbar icons in Firefox to match the windows toolbar was also loads of fun...

You may not be aware, but there's a massive thread (http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=753262) (actually two) on this in the Digital Artwerk forum.

Just buy an Apple if you're so fond of its looks. :p

Not bad at all, but
<picky> that background in the control panel makes some icon labels almost unreadable</picky>.

Says the guy using a KDE color scheme that makes half the pages he read appear as light yellow text on white. :D

Edit: Oh, now I know what youre talking about! Nah, looks fine when its maximized...you know that little picture in the bottom right corner of the control panel? Well, I resized the window to show a little of everything off, and the little picture in the corner follows the resize, so therefore it got in the way of the labels! Know what you mean now, but I always have the control panel maximized when I go to it anyways, so its no big deal to me...didnt even notice until you said something! Before I edited this I was like "????I have no idea what you mean..."

Heh, right. :)
I always use Start->Settings->Control panel anyway, so it wouldn't really bother me too much either.

Yup...been running this theme for about 2 weeks now, and I think that was the only time I've ever resized the control panel...EVER! :p

I persoanlly like it. Im a fan of the OSX layout in general as i've come to gain a bit more respect for apple for finally moving their OS to a better system. I own my 3 pc's and 2 mac's. Each serves as a folding box ;)

Easy, go to http://www.wincustomize.com and download the "object bar" or google for Yz dock...theres many other docks, but those are the 2 I've largely used.

Y'z dock is glitchy everybody says. Try this one. I have tried it and liked it.

I've had ZERO problems with Yz dock....works just the same as object dock...only difference I suppose is it has a different name...

I've used all the docks, and despite the extra few resources it uses, I prefer ObjectDock Plus.

It has more options/features.

Another vote for ObjectDock here too... I love the SysStats docklet..

Anyone else running ObjectDock and turn the Appearence / Performance tweaks on ultra-pretty settings, notice the amount of process used...

If I run my mouse across the bar a few times, my AMD64 3200 (2.5Ghz) will spike to about 60-70%...
