i have never done this before but i got 2 computers on my home network here and i would like to transfer alot of files from on computer to the other so how do i go about setting this up and sharing all my folders so i can transfer data over a network?

Using DOS? Windows 3.11? How about XP? Pro or Home? Follow what I am getting at? If you want help try to help a bit yourself.

Download the software all the way at the bottom of this page (http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/broadbandnetworking/10_DLoadMain.mspx)
Install on both computers. Make sure you install "Software Only" at prompt. Doesnt get any easier.
