Hey guys I hope to be ordering Raptors next week for Raid 0, it's going to be a Raid 0 don't argue. I need help deciding if I want to buy the secureconnect cables or use my asus red ones. I read on newegg someone got 7 percent more thruput with them, that is worth it to me, but is that true? Also I have an Antec Soho Performance II File Server and it has an 80mm fan blowing in the hard drive cage, is that suffcient cooling or should I buy vantec hd fans from new egg for them? I also need a Molex power connection extender if I get those Secure Connects. Otherwise I can use my 2 lonely sata connectors. Basically I need to know secure connect worth it? 80mm fan on both my raptors in same cage suffcient? and any other suggestions?

You should be fine for cooling. Besides, it's the sides of hard disks that are the hottest, not the top or bottom.
I don't know about the cables. 7% could just be the guy (or girl) blowing smoke.
