SATA vs. SATA II w/NCQ

Does anyone have any benchmarks yet? Is there a big speed difference? Any info would be appreciated.

NCQ is designed for a server type access pattern, heavy loads and all that, it won't be a big benifit for desktop users, it will still help, just not as much.

I personaly have a seagate 120 barracuda with sata 2 with NCQ. the preformance is unoticable. The only time i saw a slight difference is copying a large file(s) to another computer on the network and then launching a game.
