Loading two programs but when clicking two .exe's

I currently use Teamspeak alot when playing online and also use teamspeak overlay (a third party addon that displays ingame who is speaking in your channel) however I always have these two programs running together meaning i have to click two .exe files to get both programs working properly... Is there a way to create something that will load two applications at the same time??

a batch file, shortcut or combination of both

ok, I just made a batch file to launch peer guardian and limewire together. the trick is to have the batch file call the shortcuts to the programs... not the programs themselves. Otherwise it will wait until you close the first program to load the next.
