Bh-5 Or Bh-6? Better Or Worse?

I hear from word of mouth and reviews that bh-6 is more ''Robust'' Due to the manufacturing process. They say (people and other sources) it can take more voltage and scale higher with tighter timings more then a Bh-5. I would just like to know your opinion and thoughts on this.

True or Not true and why?
