win XP language question

I have installed windows XP professional using an english install disc and it is installed on a computer with a German keyboard. I went to regional settings and installed German number system and German keyboard but I cant find anything on how to make the language of the computer speak German. I found some stuff on the internet about language packs but German is not included in the obscure languages that the packs are avaliable in. Anyone know where I can get a German language pack?

that says you need to either get a MUI (Multilingual User Interface) pack (which is only available to corporations and is $$)or format your computer and reinstall the german version of XP
