Sure is. Go buy a Televesion PCI tuner card (preferably a digital one) and just plug the video in into the back and play it in a window or full screen :). I used to do it with a ps2 and Gran Turismo 3
Would something like This (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3761&item=5160032385&rd=1) or this (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=15-100-129&depa=0) work?

I hope EA doesnt shut down the goldeneye source modification.
The one map they have out doesnt look that detailed though. Hopefully they put the time and effort into making a faithful conversion.

Be aware that running your system into a PCI video card can cause lag in your gameplay due to the finite amount of time it takes the card to convert the signal to something appropriate for your monitor, having the net effect that what you are seeing on the screen is what you were controlling half a second ago. Depending on the card this can be anywhere to imperceptible to incapacitating. An alternate route is a VGA converter box, which converts a set of inputs (Composite, Component, etc. depending on the box) and outputs them to a standard analog monitor signal. I bought one off of eBay for about $40 and it works nicely and also has a sound output as well. Do keep in mind however that video games on a monitor will look at best as good as on your TV, generally they tend to look slightly worse.
