How can I delete a fill that I cant find?

From my other thread I have a virus, I know I need to delete notepad.exe in system32 folder, the problem is I can't SEE IT, I've unticked hide system and hiden files and folders but it still doesn't show up, I know it there's because on process gaurd is says that's the location, for the mo I have just stopped it running with process gaurd but I'd rather delete it....

Is there any way I can delete it without see it? From command prompt or someting? detailed instructions would be good

A good AV scanner should clean an infected notepad file. That's a better alternative then deleting the file. Turn of system restore before scanning.
