MourningWould

Situation:
I have a wireless network card. I connect to a wireless router. I have a roommate who also connects to it via wireless. We use the DHCP on the router to automatically assign our IPs. Linksys WRT54G is the router. We're both running Windows XP Pro.
Problem:
When I go to My Network Places and click VIEW WORKGROUP... I can't.
When I type \\HISCOMPUTERNAME I get an error, but when I type \\HIS IP ADDRESS It works.
I'm assuming this is a DNS problem. Can't be firewall, and can't be IP conflict. He doesn't have this problem, and I have it everywhere I go. I really want to figure this out.
