CRT Pot adjustment questions.

Alright i have a Nec FE2111SB and the edges are a tad fuzzy so i want to adjust the pots but have these questions:

1. There's 2 holes, top and bottom, what does each one do?
2. After searching i found people recommend a plastic screwdriver. I don't have one but i have a metal one that fits. If i use it will i get electrocuted?
3. I use two different resolutions depending on what i'm doing. If i adjust the pots on one res will it make all the others look like ass?

1. The top is verticle and the bottom is horizontal
2. Go to sears and get a 0# phillips professional 0# x 4 and that is the ebst tool u can use it is $2.99
3. pick one resolution and fine toon it to the 8pt font in naviset and that will be the sharpest you can get. Also make sure your horizontal and veryticle convergence is alighned
