What's the best free software to upgrade to the new hardrive

I bought a new laptop drive and wanted to tranfer from the old one into this new one. Any good, easy to use program to do this? I'm using WinXP Pro and don't want to do fresh install to the new drive because I have a lot of software and data on the old one.

file and settings transfer wizard.. that is included on XP might work for your needs..

I think it's for files and settings from old computer to new one, not from old hardrive to new hardrive using the same computer.
