Curious to see... I have a set of OCZ PC4000 Gold Rev 2 right now, 2x256.

Running great at 267 FSB at 1:1... fairly loose timings.

Anyhow, just picked up another set of 2x256 OCZ PC4000 Gold Rev 2.

The person I purchased from was running them at 270 FSB with tigher timings that I'm currently using.

So... any chance at all I will be able to pop the new set in with my old set and run anywhere NEAR 267 1:1???

Any experience?

Thanks!

Quick specs:

Abit IC7-MAX3, 2.4c@3.2ghz (267 1:1).

you should be able to run 267 no problem.

you wont get any more of a hit then running double sided dimms would...you might/(perhaps even probably) wouldnt be able to run it at 1T tho youll have to look into that.
its a intel system so 1t vs 2t shouldnt be too much?
