xp rdp before logon

is it possible for me to access xppro's rdp without logging in first?

i do a lot of remote management on my computer from all around campus and i hate it when i do something that requires a reboot and i wont be able to rdp in to my box again until i do it on site once

Yes, assuming you start RDP as a system service (which I think is the default when enabled).
