Copying everything from 1 harddrive to another

Hi. My co-worker is giving me two hard drives in which I would copy all the information from one harddrive to another.

1) Is this possible?
2) Link to instructions? Or teach me how to in this thread.
3) I assume I do this using my existing pc.

You could use Norton Drive Copy. Never tried it myself, but I've heard good things about it.

I think Ghost would work in a situation like this also...

boot to a ghost disk and do a direct copy... its easy, and very fast
