OK heres what i want to do.

I was using SATA and i have recently moved back to running OS from IDE. Man what a difference. SATA in the raid 0 config moved so fast like there was no wait what so ever. wether you where opening a program the loading times of games etc. anyway i dont want to deal with this any more and i want to go back and put my OS on my sata raid config. I dont want to reinstall windows, what i want to do is to copy over every file from this IDE drive direct to my RAID config. That way i can just boot from my SATA and have all my games/programs/windows i just installed there without needed to reinstall them all. can this be done? what would be the best way/program to do with with? can i do it from within windows?

any help here would be greatly appriciated.

You could use *nix's dd command, or you could use a program like ghost, or you could try this (I have not tried it though): http://www.softpedia.com/public/cat/13/2/13-2-43.shtml
