how do i remove the VX2 spyware?

i tried adware 6, adaware se, and spybot, all updated but to no avail. i also have the adaware se VX2 add-on, but it doesn't help either. the add-on says i have the variant 3. it seems that my computer doesn't allow adaware to remove the spyware before windows loads for whatever reason...

help! i'm getting these random pop-ups even when i'm not on the internet.
