User name editing?

By complete lack of focus and sheer boredom, I used a wrong name for a system that I'm building for someone. I've never really just played with Windows XP for hours, so I haven't the first clue how to change the default user settings like that. Basically, I mean for the root administrator directory, such as the name that comes up when you right click on "My Computer" and click "Properties". Does anyone know a simple way to change this without reinstalling Windows? Because I'm certainly NOT about to do that.

Log in as an admin account besides the one you want changed...

Right click on My Computer > Manage

Under the Local users section, where it lists the local computer accounts, just right click on the one you want to change, and pick Rename.

The computer name? Right click my computer choose properties/computer name.

There is a button to change the computer name.
