Looks like Bin Laden is living in your garage and using your old systems. :p

Could you try booting from an (english :D ) bootdisk?
(It does really look like an effort to render a language usually written with kyrilic characters in ASCII. Note how several words repeat and the capitalisation is correct.)

Clear the BIOS using the mobo jumper. That will clear any password and maybe switch it back to English

Well actually, discharging the CMOS did get rid of the password thing, but I can't find any language option. I managed to get WIndows 98 to (kinda) start, and everything there was in English. It searched for drivers for "unknown device" and then immmediately gave me the BSOD, which was in this other language.

It says MSI 815E Pro (MS-6337). I used this computer a while ago and the CMOS and such were certainly in English. Must have been the evil garage spirits...

Just reflash the bios. You can still probably get the last bios and flash utility the company made for it.
